Submissions FAQ
We gratefully and humbly welcome the submission of topical articles for inclusion on this web site. Please feel free to submit an article to any listed category, or even some new category. Please feel free to write us. But, first the policies, procedures and icky stuff mandated by law.
All submissions must be original work submitted by that works author, or, otherwise be owned by the parties submitting articles. Those submitting articles must own the copyright to the submitted work. We cannot and will not list articles if the submitting party only has a license to use the article they are submitting.
Parties submitting articles retain sole end exclusive ownership of their intellectual properties. Use on this web site is only by a license being granted by the owner of the intellectual property. Unless that owner specifically grants ownership of their work to this ministry.
Submission of an article for inclusion is considered the granting of a non-exclusive license to use the submitted article on the Aloveoffering.org web site alone. All correspondences will be archived to prove that license was granted to Aloveoffering.org by the person known to Aloveoffering.org as the author or copyright owner of submitted articles. Aloveoffering.org shall do everything in its power to verify copyright ownership by the submitting party.
Aloveoffering.org may seek to find ways to make the web site self-supportive. However, all articles and submissions entrusted to Aloveoffering.org shall remain wholly and freely available to the public. Aloveoffering.org will not sell any included articles, in whole or part, either singularly or as part of a compendium. Nor will Aloveoffering.com restrict access to any article or submission in its trust, based on memberships paid or otherwise, or for any other form of payment.
Inclusion of a submitted article on the Aloveoffering.org web site does not grant, or in any other way convey, any sort of ownership of, editorial rights to, or officer or trusteeship or other governance position within Aloveoffering.org to the submitting party, their assigns, or heirs.
Aloveoffering.org shall not be responsible for the content, views, or opinions of contributing authors or their submissions.
Authors are responsible for their own editing, updating, and revisions, as well as to resubmit any future revised editions of articles. Aloveoffering.org is only responsible for reviewing resubmitted articles, and posting accepted editions on the web site.
Aloveoffering.org maintains the right to either use submissions as specified above, or to not use submissions, as Aloveoffering.org alone determines; submissions included in libraries shall be used in their whole submitted form or not at all, and with proper attributions and copyright notices always in place.
Should there be more than one article addressing a topic, then Aloveoffering.org will create topical libraries each with their own menu to facilitate easy navigation to those articles.
Should multiple articles exist for a topic, then the menu shall specify the denomination represented by each article.
Submissions must necessarily be wholly Biblical, either exegetical (revealed or rational) or homiletical, and in conformity with normative fundamentals of the Christian Faith, with such expressed openly and concisely.
Submissions addressing the beliefs, tenets, or doctrines of other religions must do so civilly, politely, gently, factually, and compassionately.
Submissions of an academic nature should have sources cited, and existing footnotes, made in a standard way consistent with common formats utilized in institutions of higher learning. Biblical statements and statements of doctrine shall at the least have a hyper-link to Biblical verses, and preferable both hyper-links as well as footnotes containing all supporting references where applicable.
To help keep the attention of readers, authors should try to keep submitted works to no more than three pages of average length. Though, Aloveoffering.org realizes this may not always be possible.
Aloveoffering.org shall not in any way be construed to be a spokesperson, or public relations outlet for any contributing author or their submissions; nor shall inclusion of works by an author be construed to grant any person the right to speak for or act for Aloveoffering.org.
Aloveoffering.org is a Christian ministry, and as such does not feel that it must maintain articles on other religions, or rebuttals from those on other religious paths.
Inclusion of a submission on the Aloveoffering.org web site shall be construed only to indicate a free and donated license to use given as an offering of love to this work for Christ.
The submittor of an article shall be solely and entirely responsible for articles they submit to Aloveoffering.org, and furthermore, the party making the submission shall indemify and hold harmless Aloveoffering.org from any and all claim or damages resulting from presenting the submitted article on the Aloveoffering.org.
